Impress your special someone with a unique experience. An 8 course tasting menu for 2 in the comfort of your own home. Ill come and set up a romantic table for 2 and serve some of my favourite creations- Creamy garlic scallop, green pea and foam
- Soft olive and rosemary with aromatic spices
- Wild mushroom veloute with truffle and parmesan crisp
- Poached salmon asparagus, hollandaise and fresh herbs
- Seasonal homemade Sorbet
- Crispy asian duck breast with bok choy and orange glaze
- Beef eye fillet, red wine jus, cauliflower puree and picked carrots
- Lemon panna cotta with strawberries and almond crumb
- Chocolate lava with hazelnut and toffee ice cream
